You'll love these delicious rollups that are so quick and easy to put together. Great for parties, game day, or any day!

For a tasty twist on the standard grilled cheese, add slices of crisp fall apples. Choose a good eating apple, such as McIntosh, and cut it into thick slices. Layer the slices and cheddar cheese atop bread, such as sesame, buttered on the bottom; top with another piece of buttered bread. Cook, flipping halfway through, until the cheese has melted (about 7 minutes).

CSA Meal #11: Nectarine and Raspberry Cobbler (made 5 for me). NOTES: my cinnamon sugar portions were 1 T of cinnamon and 3 T of honey (not sugar). Used CSA strawberries instead of raspberries.  Used organic non-fat yogurt mixed with some milk instead of heavy cream. Nectarines were grown locally and bought at our local farm stand. Easy, fairly inexpensive, and delicious!
