Roasted Cherry bourbon Smash (2) ½ cup bing cherries 4 oz bourbon 4 tsp sugar 4 tbsp lemon juice pinch of cinnamon seltzer water Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Pit the cherries and place them on a sheet pan lined with parchment. Roast them for 10 minutes, then cool. Divide them between two cocktail glasses. Divide the sugar and lemon juice between each glass and then the pinch of cinnamon. Muddle the cherries. Fill the glasses with ice cubes. Add bourbon and top with seltzer water.

PINK TEQUILA For 1 large pitcher: 6 cups chopped watermelon 1 pint strawberries 6 limes, juiced 1 tablespoon agave nectar 10 oz white tequila (or to taste) In a blender combine all of the ingredients except for the tequila. In a pitcher, add a few cups of ice, and top off with 8 oz of tequila. Stir, taste, and add the rest if you like.
Flor Blanca 2 oz. tequila 3.4 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur 1 1/2 oz. apple juice 1/2 oz. agave mixture Lemon wedge, for garnish Muddle lemon wedges with agave syrup in glass shaker and add 1 scoop of ice (glass shaker should be 3/4 full). Add apple juice, tequila, and St. Germain and shake well. Serve on the rocks if desired and garnish with lemon wedge.
