"Brain Break" sticks! Each popsicle stick has an activity on it {like spin 3x, jump rope, macarena, seat swap, etc...}.  When I see that the kids are starting to fade away, I stop and say "man, our brains need to take a break...lets do a brain break."

Idea for Brownie Dance Badge: For a "surprise" movement/dance when you need something to fill time. Would be easy to put in a can and have a student pick one out. Use rhythm patterns for student to clap, or sing intervals, or name tempo markings, etc.

Kiss Your Brain! I like the idea of putting this on my desk during a test. As each kid turns in their test to me they can take a Hershey's Kiss and return to their seat.
