So delicious with home-made pita chips! I leave out the black-eyed peas, onion and italian dressing. Add orange pepper (half), green pepper (half), 3 jalapeno peppers, cilantro, 2 tomatoes, and a bunch of green onions. Add lots of lime juice and then salt and pepper. Make sure to put it in the fridge for a few hours before you eat it- much better!
