Made this last night for dinner...best baked ziti I've ever made...changed the recipe a bit though. No provolone, doubled the mozz and mixed all the cheese and sour cream with the noodles then layered. Also used Italian sausage instead of beef
Mushroom, Onion, and Garlic Cream Sauce for Pasta Recipe saute 1/12c mushrooms, 1 diced onion and 2 cloved garlic in 2 tablespoons olive oil until the mushroom starts to golden and the onion is soft. Add 1/2 cup chicken stock, 1 1/2 cup cream and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill. Let it simmer for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Serve over pasta and sprinkle w/grated parmesean
Bang Bang Shrimp --Just made this for dinner tonight and yum..it was so good. A little more work to prepare them, but they are delicious. I would suggest making this on a day when you aren't working or have anything planned. Made it today & was a perfect Sunday meal b/c it took a good 2 hours to prepare and cook.
