Rice Chips (corn and gluten free) What you need: 1/4 c. white rice flour 1/4 c. brown rice flour 1 T. oil 3/4 c. water salt Mix flours and oil together, add a pinch of salt and water. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt, bake @400F for 15 minutes, flipping 1/2way through.

Mrs. P's Gluten Free Yeast Rolls...I tried these today with my own wheat-free flour blend (not gluten free) of 4 parts oat flour, 2 1/2 parts brown rice flour, 1 part potato starch, 1 part masa corn flour, and 1 part tapioca flour. They were awesome!
