I doubled the pasta (the recipe for cheese sauce is twice as much for the pasta recipe...weird) and made a freezer meal too!

These just get better and better each time I make them. LOVE! The second time I made them, I left them in a lot longer--at least 15 minutes, and it was wonderful. Depends on the oven. I love the seasoning on the top...much more on mine then on this picture. SO good. Can't wait to serve them for company.

Stovetop Mac and Cheese (martha stewart)

lite mac-n-cheese! the noodles are cooked directly in the milk! I substituted 1 tsp of chopped garlic for the mustard and added that and salt to the milk from the start. So cheesy and yummy! You will want to double it!
