My favorite way to eat zucchini. I cut them in half instead of wedges as the ingredient usually stay on better. I usually skip the garlic too, just because my husband isn't a garlic lover (unlike me!). Garlic Lemon and Parmesan Oven Roasted Zucchini
Clean and trim Brussels sprouts, Cut in ½, Drizzle w/ Olive Oil & 1 tsp Garlic. Put on sheet pan in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then add Chopped bacon pieces over the top. Roast in the oven for mins turning halfway.
