Upside Down Plum Cake- The flavors are wonderful! Make sure to use red plums with red "meat." The ones with yellowish meat still make the recipe tasty, but the plums end up way too watery.

I made this last year and it was heavenly. Since then I've been waiting for peaches to be in season again. The wait is finally over.
