Use an old door as a pantry door! I used an old screen door between my kitchen and dining room in my 1902 house. I loved it/husband hated it! Many commented it reminded them of a summer kitchen! I'm now using it in my basement as part of a "screen-wall."

Love, love, love the idea of walls you can write on directly. Maybe because it's handy or maybe it's just my inner four year old that got yelled at for writing on the walls saying "yes!!!!!" to the idea. Either way, I love this idea. The door is from an old New Orleans bank.

Wine room with bottles well displayed on racks, mounted on walls of crosscut travertine. Wood veneered wallpaper covers the ceiling. #WineCellar
