Crawfish bread 1 pound of crawfish tails 1 loaf of French bread 1 cup of guidrys creole seasoning cuts 1 cup of cheddar cheese 1/2 cup of mayo 1 dash of mustard Half French bread and dig out inside. Sauté crawfish tails and guidrys seasonings for 15 minutes. Add mayo, mustard, and half of the bread insides. Melt together with cheese. Fill inside of loaf. Wrap in aluminum foil. bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Crawfish Spread: 3 T butter 3/4 c finely diced onion 3/4 c finely diced celery 4 garlic cloves, minced 2 T salt-free seasoning blend 1/2 tea.cayenne pepper 8 oz peeled, cooked crawfish tails, finely chopped 1 (8-oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened *Melt butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, celery, & garlic; sauté 5 minutes or until onion & celery are tender. Add seasoning blend & pepper & saute 30 seconds. Combine veg. & crawfish tails & add softened cream cheese & stir
