When embarking on a fitness plan, my first goal is to look good in my clothes and my subsequent goal is to look fab w/out my clothes. Progress and NOT perfection has always been my motto as it pertains to exercise and everything else!!! One love.

crow pose. The first arm balance i learned. I remember learning this-- my teachers kept saying you use mostly your core. I couldn't understand now it could rely so much on core…until I got it. Yep, core for certain!

Have to remind myself every morning I wake up, the reason I started to be healthy again is for my family! It may be hard, but it's worth it every morning!

If not now, when? Great question to ask yourself, and to help yourself realize putting something off doesn't make it any better.
