Crispy Baked Asparagus Fries. 1# Asparagus, 1/2 cup flour, 2 eggs lightly beaten, 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Dredge asparagus in flour, dip in egg, and then dredge into panko bred crumbs, parmesan, salt, and pepper. place on wire rack on baking sheet and bake at 425 until golden brown, about 7-13 mins.
