SERIOUSLY! The only way you're going to end up body builder big is if you dedicate your LIFE to it, among other things. Don't be afraid to lift weights. You lift weights, you gain muscle. More muscle speeds up your metabolism meaning more fat burn!

I got asked this a few months ago at the gym. Guy I've never seen before: "are you training for anything specific?" Me: "life?" You don't need an ending date! Do it for you bc you want to be the best you can be!

Lifting weights will not make the average woman bulky... You may however find yourself with a nicer butt, toned abs, strength, confidence, and a positive outlook.

Its all up to you. We are a firm believer in anyone lifting weights. Works wonders for the body.
