Pork Tenderloin with Raspberry-Cranberry Sauce. That sounds amazing!

Hoison Pork with Rice Noodles -- tried it with a little less soy sauce and minus the water, peanut butter, peanuts and vinegar and it came out really nice. I should've added the water though just to balance out the sauce a bit I think.

Hoisin Pork Tenderloin: I made this a few weeks ago using a much larger piece of pork and it came out nicely. I suggest ditching the actual amounts of each ingredient sauce and just going by your own taste. You know what you like.

Hoison Pork with Rice Noodles - just remember to use Tamari instead of soy sauce and check your Hoisin Sauce is gluten free as well.

Hoisin Pork with Rice Noodles. Just tried it and it's awesome! Definitely let it marinate 24 hours!

Hoison Pork with Rice Noodles--this was outstanding! I used leftover pork tenderloin unstead of uncooked pork because that was what I had on hand. YUMMY!!

Made this last night…was the best pork that we have ever eaten. So juicy and perfect!! Served with some mashed potatoes. I would highly recommend. Perfect and no changes were made accept that we had to cook for longer but most likely due to a thicker cut. I bought a boneless pork end roast. I would say the best recipe I have found on pinterest!!
