    This didn't work so well. I even froze them, but the cheese melted and went flat. I like the other recipe I've done where you use string cheese sticks. String cheese chopped into bite size pieces, dipped in milk and bread crumbs, baked at 425 for 8-10 minutes- serve with marinara sauce.

    I brushed mine with olive oil and baked and turned out fantastic. I rolled the cheese in dried herbs and then wrapped them up. My girls eat them up.

cannoli bites - these are mini cannoli baked in mini muffin tins and filled with cannoli filling (delicious dipped in chocolate and coated with pistachios).

Boiled can of sweetened condensed milk turned to caramel...yum! Saw this on the Cooking Channel. Great Dipping sauce for apples!
