Cannoli Cupcakes: I used the cake recipe from this blog and it is amazing! I used a filling and icing recipe from a different blog.

Cannoli Cups~ these are wonderful little bites of that scrumptious dessert! and oh, so easy to make.

Cannoli Dip. I used low fat ricotta and cream cheese, but added 1/4 cup confectioners sugar. I also blended it in a Cuisinart for a smoother texture. It was DELISH! We also used Pizzelles and Granny Smith apples for dipping.

Cannoli Cups: 1 package (16 oz.) wonton wrappers/1 container (15 oz.) ricotta cheese/1/4 cup cornstarch/1 1/3 cups whole milk/1/2 cups powdered sugar/1/2 tsp. almond extract/1/2 tsp. vanilla extract/1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)/2 cups mini semisweet chocolate chips/powdered sugar (for dusting)

mini canoli's!! they look sooo gooood! will definitely try these out next wine night or girls night!
