Home libraries usually either look way too stuffy or like the decorator was just trying too hard. This one just looks cozy. I love the shelf to the right of the couch because it just looks like a floor to ceiling stack of books. My library will totally have stacks of books no matter how hard I try to keep them all on the shelves.

Really interesting. The built-ins could be made with some regular shelving units and crown molding. The bed/couch doesn't necessarily need to be built in (a simple removable day bed would probably also look nice) but I love it like this.
