Clean Eating Taco Salad. So you know when you go to the Mexican restaurant and order a taco salad because either one you think it is healthy or two you just absolutely LOVE the crispy tortilla shell it comes in (I like the second reason better). Well this is a wayyy healthier version...sadly no tortilla bowl, but I think I will be just fine without it.

Clean Eating Taco Soup. Spice up and otherwise cold winter night.

Taco Hummus (Makes approximately 3 cups) Ingredients 2 (15 oz.) cans chickpeas Juice of 1 lemon 1/2 cup tahini 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. onion powder 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 tbsp. ground cumin Water (optional) – as much as you need to get the consistency you prefer.

Clean Eating Taco Salad--use lettuce leaves to hold mixture. Leftovers for lunch next day (with low-carb tortilla)
