With a purple sea of freshly-blooming crocus, a lone bee hovers above his early spring choices in Walla Walla, Wash., March 7, 2012. Warmer than average temperatures brought both the beauty of flowers and the beast of bugs out in full force.
The pattern of the veins in this flower is very intricate and detailed. I will experiment with this pattern later in this design process by incorporating it into some of my designs. I will look at in different perspectives and different types of flowers.

Ein Gedi National Park was founded in 1972 and is one of the most important reserves in Israel. The park is situated on the eastern border of the Judean Desert, on the Dead Sea coast, and covers an area of 6,250 acres (25 km2). The elevation of the land ranges from the level of the Dead Sea at 418 meters (1,371 ft) below sea level to the plateau of the Judean Desert at 200 meters above sea level.
Makhtesh Ramon (Israel). 'Standing on the edge of Makhtesh Ramon you can witness millions of years of evolution beneath your feet and barely imagine that this barren landscape was once a sea. Freezing cold at night, but baking during the day, the makhtesh, or crater as it’s commonly known, is a place of extremes.'
