Absurdly Addictive Asparagus

Gluten free • Paleo • Serves 4


4 oz Pancetta


1 lb Asparagus
2 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Italian parsley
1 1/4 cups Leek
1 Lemon, Zest of
1 tsp Orange, zest

Baking & Spices

1 Salt and freshly ground pepper

Nuts & Seeds

2 tbsp Pine nuts, toasted


1 tbsp Butter

    Absurdly Addictive Asparagus. Also very good. Absurdly Addicitve? Probably not, but delicious none the less. We added a little extra butter and pasta water and served it over spaghetti as a main dish. Yum.
