This entry foyer space seems expanded with the use of a propped large framed mirror. Love the way the entry table anchors the mirror on the floor and repeats the angular shape and white edge. The zebra print and pink flowers add interest and color. Notice the small squares of rug and how the shapes are repeated in the transom over the front door. Repetition ties the space together. Smart. Make this a mudroom by substituting a long entry table with a beautiful tablescape on the right side, with a shelf on bottom for shoes and a shelf above for wicker baskets of stuff you need when leaving the house. You could also add boot trays under the bench for additional shoes.
