Cardio Workout: Your First Tempo Run - ON THE FENCE. I thought I wasn't going to like this since the first 10 mins felt a little slow but the 2nd 10 was challenging. I'm not sure where to go from here for a second temp run but I might increase the 2nd interval? Any suggestions?
