Abs are made in the kitchen! So very true! This is where patience comes in. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but 3 minute ab workouts won't give you abs. It's all in the diet along with proper ab workouts!

I don't diet, ever. I try to eat healthy as much as possible & I work out. I want to be here for my children, husband, family, & friends. It's not called dieting, it's called living healthy! :)

Diets are so dysfunctional. We diet... then we get hungry, we overeat, we make poor dietary choices and then we are back to square one, feeling completely miserable about the entire thing! That's why "just put down the fork" is never a real path to weight loss. Instead, the key is to focusing on a healthy lifestyle - exercise, activity, healthy habits and mindful eating which is eating when you're hungry and stopping when you're full.

The amount of times I hear "why are you on a diet?" "You don't need to lose weight" It's not a diet and it's not for weight loss. I choose to eat healthy and nourish my body accordingly. What you do is your business.

Don't look for shortcuts to fix the challenges you have faced for years. Fall in love with the process of lifestyle change and the results will come.
