Greek Dressing ~ So good you could drink it straight ~ 1 cup olive oil , 1 cup red wine vinegar , 2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, 2 1/2 tsp. dried basil, 2 tsp. pepper, 2 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. onion powder, 2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard Mix together and shake well. Store at room temperature tightly covered.
Creamy Chicken Pockets: these make a great appetizer! Made them & they were scrumptious! I did not sprinkle breadcrumbs on them, instead I covered the crescent tops w freshly grated Parmesan. It got crispy during baking & was a perfect addition to give another layer of texture & flavor. I also put Parmesan & a dash of cayenne in the filling. I used canned chicken breast since it's so moist & that's what I had on hand...Definite make again recipe!
