Thrifty Foot Scrub and Soak Recipes…I would definitely use the sea salt in place of sugar. I'm not fond of sticky AT ALL

Lemon Peppermint Foot Scrub- makes about 8oz:- 1 cup coarse sea salt, 1/2 cup sweet almond oil, 2 tsp lemon zest (zest from 1 lemon), 8 drops peppermint essential oil. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and store in a clean 8oz jar. To use: Rub into your wet feet with hands or pumice stone, paying extra attention to your heels. Rinse off with warm water, dry and apply lotion.
