Cincinnati Turkey Chili via Cooking Light. Although my Texas upbringing biases me strongly towards all beef chili (no beans, preferably served over Fritos) I appreciate chili in almost every form. I've always been intrigued by the spaghetti and chocolate aspects of Cincinnati chili and realize trying this version is not the most authentic way to check it out, but, whatever.
