Colorburst Cupcakes 1 white cake mix 2 eggs 1 C yogurt (any smooth textured fruit flavor is fine!) or sour cream 1/2 C milk 1/3 C vegetable oil Combine all ingredients until incorporated (about 30 seconds). Scrape sides of bowl and then beat on med-high speed for 2 minutes. Divide batter according to how many colors you are using. Bake them according to the package directions, until a toothpick comes out dry.

The colorful cake would be a nice surprise for the kids, and the white frosting would be so much better than red or blue frosting stains everywhere. Plus, it tastes better too!

I found this recipe and made these for a 1st birthday party. They are so fun!

banana split cupcakes: Success! These were a bit time consuming but so worth it! The finished product is beautiful and tasty!

peanut butter pretzel bites: Fail. The PB filling is too sweet and too messy to work with. The taste was just average and not worth the time.

Oreo Brownies : Success! One of my favorite brownies!

Yummy Onion rings: Success! These are absolutely amazing.

Nutella cookies: Fail. These were just not good. I have yet to find a recipe using Nutella that's any better than just a spoonful of that brown, creamy Heaven.

Nestle's hot cocoa recipe: My favorite! I could drink this by the pot full!

Oreos, Peanut Butter cups, whipped topping, and pudding: Wouldn't make again. It never gets quite cold. It just sits a little above luke warm even after overnight refrigeration. Freezing makes it a weird texture. No one I knew was too crazy about it.

Cake Batter cookies: OK. Some people really liked these, but I can taste the fake flavor from the box mix and it left a funky after taste as well. I'd rather make regular CC cookies.

Peach Sorbet Recipe: Failure. It just wasn't anything worth making again

Double Crunch Honey Garlic Chicken Breasts: Not Sure. This turned out ok. I think it was a bit too much spice. It assaulted my taste buds a little. Maybe less seasoning in the breading would be better. Also, I couldn't get it crispy enough, but if the oil was any hotter my chicken wouldn't have cooked as fast as the outer shell. Maybe I'll Fry and then bake the chicken to done next time.

Zesty Oven Baked Fries: Success! These were pretty good. A great alternative to fried fries.

DIY Peep Stuffie: Doable, but not awesome. This project was pretty straighforward, but the finished product, no matter how experienced you are, turns out wonky. It's still recognizable, but pretty ugly.

Baby Announcement: Success! I purchased these announcements and LOVED them! They were so perfect. I highly recommend

Balloon Garland: Success! I used a video tutorial that required no sharp objects near balloons, but the idea I got from this pin.

Colorburst Cupcakes: Success! These were a HIT! I used white cake mix and seltzer water- no eggs or oil. The cupcakes were super moist and the colors were more vibrant.

Cool Whip Frosting: Success! I made this with Cheesecake flavored pudding mix and people are still talking about it!

Soap scum killer: Success! In my cleaning arsenal for sure!
