Cut an Italian loaf in half. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread butter and garlic spread onto both pieces. Season with Italian seasoning and sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for 10 min and sprinkle with parsley when done baking. For the sauce, warm a cup of tomato sauce in a small pot until hot. A great starter dish or a side for a pasta dinner.

Oh. My. God. This recipe was so freaking amazing I have now fallen in love with actually making my own bread. If you enjoy being able to use your arms afterwards, though, I recommend bringing in a friend to trade turns while kneading. I was in pain. The perfect amount of garlic and spices and it PULLS APART. It's like monkey bread for the pasta lover.
Spaghetti Aglio, Olio, e Peperoncino. Simple, easy, and cheap!!! I didn't use near as much red pepper flakes as it called for, and I sauteed the garlic and pepper flakes first. Next time I might try the suggestion for adding asparagus and shrimp.
