Paula Dean's crockpot potato soup recipe. Combine 1 bag frozen hash browns, 2 (14oz) cans chicken broth, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2c chopped onion, 1/3tsp black pepper. Cook in crock pot on low for 5hours. Stir in 8oz block of cream cheese, cook 30 minutes, stir occasionally.
Combine 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 2-10.75 cans of cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup of butter (sliced) and 42 oz. of chicken broth in your crock pot. Cover & cook on low for 8 hours. Add bag of egg noodles. cook for 1 more hour.
Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole 1 30 oz. bag frozen, shredded hash brown potatoes 8 oz sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 small onion, diced fine 16 oz package cubed ham (I use sliced deli ham too) 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, set aside 1 C Stir all the ingredients together. Place into a lightly greased casserole dish (9 x 13 in). Sprinkle top with 1 C cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min - 1 hour. Let cool a bit and serve.

I made this chicken noodle soup recipe tonight using 2 cups of egg noodles and not using the poultry seasoning, potato, and bouillion. It was the first time I made chicken noodle and it was thick, full of veggies, and delicious!!!
Crock Pot Mac and Cheese. This was fantastic. I made it exactly according to directions (I used the casserole macaroni), and put a liner in my slow cooker, then sprayed it. I stirred at 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, and then before serving (maybe an hour later). Very filling, and thumbs up from my picky mac & cheese connoisseur.
