      Easter Bunny Snack. Fun and easy sweet snack to make with my little girls. Take one package of white almond bark (minus 2 squares) and melt in the microwave. We used 3 different bowls and added a few drops of pastel food coloring for a festive look. Mix in one bag of puffed corn, you can find this in the chip aisle. Stir until coated with a rubber spatula and then spread out onto a large sheet of waxed paper. Melt the remaining squares of almond bark in a separate bowl in the microwave and then mix in 2 cups of nuts (we used almonds and cashews). Spread on an additional sheet of waxed paper. When cool (15 minutes) mix together and serve or place in individual clear bags for gifts. Of course, save one as a thank-you to put out for the Easter Bunny. You can vary the colors to fit any holiday.

We do 375 for about 20 min instead of 400 for ten because the lower and slower the more fat renders out. I hate getting SPLATTERED!! This works perfect!
