Gibraltar Airport - Airports can be scary places for a few aspects, but Gibraltar Airport beats them all for one important reason. Because of limited space, the main runway passes through one of the roads of the area. Weirdly enough, planes wait until the cars pass by, while the cars remain still until the planes take off. Spectacular as it may be, it is also a bit dangerous, so next time you drive through Gibraltar, watch out for the soaring airplanes.
