FF More, via Flickr. Making long passages of type, with the hierarchy, can be a challenge and this looks amazing.

The space on this poster is used well i don't feel anything is empty here and i like how the top is made up of type and you can read the little paragraph there. The name of the font is seen clearly here and you dont have to go searching for it.

Grids are important. I like the use of contrast in size and type. Also the text wrap around the A.

I like the positioning of the text it has no order yet it is very neat. Also the small text boxes of writing are placed randomly. There are elements of disorder yet it looks very ordered.

“The Solitudes, for Penguin. A pretty little cover by designer Eric White. Makes beautiful use of the space. Love the receding type; Fantastic penguin placement." -P. Mendelsund
