I absolutely love Mexican food. I believe i could eat it everyday of the week. There are so many dishes to choose from and they all have their own little unique taste. Mexican food is delicious, although majority is spicy. Chimichangas are my favorite mexican dish.
Crock-Pot Chicken and Noodles: 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (I used frozen); 2 cans cream of chicken soup; 1 stick of butter; 2 - 15 oz cans chicken broth; 24 oz. frozen eggnoodles. We make this all the time and we're actually having it 2morrw!!:)
I make this for hubby often. Easiest Mexican shredded chicken ever. Crockpot + taco seasoning (they add salsa, I add that after it's been shredded) You don't even have to thaw the meat, just frozen chicken breasts.
