      Penguin book cover

The book cover design is such an good example of a denotation. The image itself literately means it when the title says "missing men". The bed sheet create the texture on the bed from top to bottom, it perfectly leads viewers' eye to go along the text. It is even more interesting when the viewer may not notice the letter "i" has been taken out and replaced by the bed sheet texture. I also really like the clear look of the context alignment on the cover.
