Crack Potatoes -- 2 (16oz) containers sour cream 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 2 (3oz) bags real bacon bits 2 packages Ranch Dip mix 1 large (28 - 30oz) bag frozen hash brown potatoes - shredded kind Combine first 4 ingredients, mix in hash browns. Spread into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 for 45-60 minutes.

Taco stuffed shells 1 lb hamburger 1/4 c taco seasoning 4 oz cr cheese 12 Jumbo Pasta shells 1 c salsa 1 c taco sauce 1 c cheddar cheese 1 c Jack cheese 1 1/2 c crushed tortilla chips Brown meat. Add taco seasoning, mix. Add cr cheese. Cool. Fill cooked shells with 1-2 T of mixture. Coat bottom of 9 X 13 dish with salsa. Place filled taco shells on top, add taco sause. Cover, bake @ 350 for 30 min. Add Remaining ingred, bake uncovered 15 min. Serve w/sour cream, and taco toppings.

Buttermilk Ranch Cheeseball 1ranch dressing mix 8 oz cream cheese 1/2lb Cheddar cheese 1/4c chopped pecans Mix ranch, the cream cheese and Cheddar cheese to the bowl with your hands until thoroughly blended. Chill mix 5 minutes, shape into ball. Roll in pecans. Serve immediately. I add bacon, black olives, and green onion to the cheese mix.
