The seashells and driftwood are collected pieces and the chandelier prisms are from a lighting fixture that was in my childhood home. Additional buttons, beads and pieces of jewelry make it even more personal. Did these myself... I absolutely LOVE them!!! Add rustic beauty to your mantle with twig candle holders. This DIY project is simple and natural, using just a flat candle holder (check thrift stores!), garden pruners, craft adhesive and dry tree or shrub branches of your choosing. The same concept could be used on vases or other decorative items. you could make sparkly ones too.
I may put my own twist on this (instead of nails and painted branches) and buy or create flat metal branches and hinge them onto the wall by the mirror so they swing out for easy access.
Here is a really cool DIY wall art idea. A canvas with lighted branches and moss is perfect way to bring some nature and light into your interior. To make such canvas besides lighted branches you’ll need a bundle of sticks, a bag of moss, green canvas paint, canvas molding paste, paste spatula, a paint brush, E6000 glue and a staple gun.
