Slow Cooker Tuscan Chicken Stew.. Tested this for my Shrinking On a Budget Meal Plan last week - just now getting around to Pinning it. Fantastic! I made a few changes, but mostly stuck with the recipe. Perfect for fall!
Korean Beef.. 11/10/12. Bulgogi is one of my favorite foods on the planet but my recipe takes 12 hours and therefor is not convenient for a week night dinner. This recipe was easy and absolutely delicious. I doubled it and it was all gone. I will make it again for sure. No adjustments or changes are needed. I may add some shredded carrots or cabbage just to bulk up the veggie ratio for the family :)
Easy Crock Pot Fabulous Beef Stew ... low carb suggestion: HALF the cornstarch (unless you actually want it thin, in which case it will be Soup NOT Stew!) and Lessen qty of potatoes. (I also dice them smaller so there's still a lot of Pieces of potato.)
