Celosia 'New look' (Celosia argentea var. plumosa)  We planted about 2 dozen tiny ones as a border in Summer 2010 expecting them to die at first frost.  We were mostly correct - only one came back this Summer, but it was a giant! The 3' bush has become Jeff's favorite plant in the yard....he calls it the fire bush.  lol
