Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole Recipe- Ingredients: 32oz frozen shredded hash browns, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 (10 1/4 ounce) can of cream of chicken soup, 1 pint of sour cream, 1/2 cup onion finely chopped, 2 cups grated colby cheese, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Place in a greased 9x13 casserole dish. Bake for 45 Minutes.

Loaded Mashed Potatoes Bake @350 6 cups mashed potatoes 1/2 cup milk 1 cup sour cream 2 tsp parsley 1 tsp garlic powder 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 lb bacon crumbled.  Mix first 5 in mixer until creamy, spoon in greased 9 x 13 top with cheese & bacon. Cover w/foil for 30 min.

Easy Chicken & Dumplings; It taste more like chicken pot pie with the biscuts on top, and I couldn't find my black pepper so it probably would have tasted better with it.
