      Blueberry Cheesecake Cookies. Ingredients: 2 boxes Jiffy blueberry muffin mix, 4 oz. cream cheese, 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips (or less if desired). Cream butter, cream cheese and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time until blended. Add muffin mix and mix well. Fold in white chocolate chips. Chill for 1 hour. Drop spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake each batch for 14 mins at 325.
