Cupcake liner Christmas Trees. This is so cute. Use a piece of cardstock and tape it into a cone shape. Trim the bottom so that it will stand up flat. Cut the centers out of cupcake liners and glue the ruffles on till everything is covered. Use a piece of the center to cover the tip and glue on the last ruffle.

Cupcake Liner Pom Poms, these are cute too to add shape and dimension in addition to the flat rosettes, of course colors would coordinate :)
