number of the day #morning work Saw a wonderful teacher do this every morning and it was awesome. She just added the whole class together finger spelling it in the air.
Teaching Math, Future Teacher, Morning Work, Math Ideas, Mornings Work, Education Math, Wonder Teacher, Mornings Activities, Math Journals
For classroom activities, this is a great way to teach math. Each day, the teacher would give out a new number to the class so the kids would be excited to see which number they would get. Then, the students would be practicing basic math skills and by repeating this activity every day or once a week, the students will become comfortable with these operations.
Morning activity? Buy change to make more difficult....find half, multiply by, divide by, add/ subtract by, etc
