Eierpunsch (Germany). 'Eierpunsch (literally "egg punch") is the German name given to a warm, sweetened alcoholic, egg-based drink similar to eggnog. It is commonly a winter drink and can be found served in the popular Christmas markets of Germany and Austria. Eierpunsch is made with egg yolks, sugar, white wine and vanilla. Sometimes cream or custard can be added.'

Stollen. I made this from scratch one year when dating my hubby...after listening to Jazz at the nightclub; had to come home to rising dough...for fear of it taking over my apartment like the "blob"...paid $50 for fresh ingredients and made twenty loaves...SUPERB!!
Homemade pretzel rolls! The recipe makes a ton, but they freeze great for about 2 weeks. Just prepare them all of the way up until they're ready to be baked, and just put the par-boiled dough balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet and then into the freezer, once frozen transfer to a freezer bag. Voila, fresh tasting pretzel rolls in minutes!
