Eierpunsch (Germany). 'Eierpunsch (literally "egg punch") is the German name given to a warm, sweetened alcoholic, egg-based drink similar to eggnog. Stollen. I made this from scratch one year when dating my hubby...after listening to Jazz at the nightclub; had to come home to rising dough...for fear of it taking over my apartment like the "blob"...paid $50 for fresh ingredients and made twenty loaves...SUPERB!!

Homemade pretzel rolls! The recipe makes a ton, but they freeze great for about 2 weeks. Just prepare them all of the way up until they're ready to be baked, and just put the par-boiled dough balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet and then into the freezer, once frozen transfer to a freezer bag. Voila, fresh tasting pretzel rolls in minutes!
