Had to repin this fun productivity chart, but don't agree with taking a break every 20 mins. I think you should work in 60-90 mins increments...then walk away, take a break and yes do a physical activity.

I love Instagram. It is my favorite app. I use it daily as a way to share with my closest friends and fam.
