Pasta with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream Sauce...the sauce for this pasta is so delicious!!!! Essentially, it consists of sweet Italian sausage (mild, medium or hot), chopped onion, minced garlic, diced Plum tomatoes, salt and pepper and cream. It comes together very quickly. I use penne or cavatappi. I've made this so many times and it's always well received!!!
