{happy wednesday, crafters!} Hope your week is going wonderfully. Today I am showing off my corner shelf made from an old door. My corner door shelf is one of my all time favorite pieces of furniture! Davis and I made this about 5 years ago when... I love this but I'd certainly use an antique glass knob for the door. I usually don't go gaga over these door projects, but I really like this...in red!

Door Shelving -Instead of tossing out the old door from a recent renovation, cut it into an amazing corner shelf. Attach some simple circular shelves with brackets and spray paint with a bright color. Switch out the doorknob to match your décor, but leave off the back knob to keep this lovely shelf flush against the wall.

Zigzag shelf - by TDSpade @ LumberJocks.com ~ woodworking community. Would be a terrific idea for a child's room, painted white etc.

Old door turned into shelf. Looks easy enough for DIY

Ideas like this are why I am always looking for old doors!

Love the idea.. and the bf thought it was cute too as the picture frame - project!

There is no tutorial. These are a purchased item at this link. I like this idea for a nightstand by the bed. 8"x8" routered boards with 8" gap between shelves.

very cool but I wonder how sturdy it would be ...it doesn't look like there's much stuff in there...maybe good for clothes if I find myself without a closet or dresser
