Vegan Maple Ice Cream - 1, 13.5 ounce can full fat coconut milk - 1 cup REAL maple syrup - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - Pinch of salt 1) Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl until well blended. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Add the mixture to an ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s instructions. Freeze overnight.
