    I hung cork board on the inside of one of my kitchen cabinet doors (opposite the "measuring board"-- see pin) for recipes, grocery lists, etc. So easy (& inexpensive!). You can actually buy the cork like this at Target or WalMart, and it comes with the adhesive backing for easy hanging. Love.

DIY: Decorative bulletin board. Cover a cork bulletin board with fabric. Trim the board with gold nails & paint the wooden frame!

mail center from an old shutter. sand and paint or stain. remove the slats from the top half with a handsaw. Screw a piece of plywood over the back of the open area, then glue a layer of cork over the wood. cover the cork with decorative fabric.

I just love this....we have a cabinite like this that I could easily convert with chalkboard panels..like this idea better than using a wall
