Shrimp Fritters: 3/4 lb shrimp (peeled and cut in chunks), 2 green onions (thinly sliced), 2 garlic cloves (minced), 1 1/2 cups water, 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 1 tbsp unsalted butter, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 2 eggs, honey (spicy) and vegetable oil.
